What We’re Looking For

A detail-oriented Assembly Technician to work closely with our Operations and Engineering teams to configure and prepare product for customer delivery while maintaining the highest quality standards.

In this role, you will be a key member of our growing team, responsible for providing Olympic quality equipment to the world’s best athletes and coaches.

What You’ll Do

• Configure software on rowing monitors
• Assemble and test precision hardware components
• Calibrate, label, and test rowing sensors
• Track progress using manufacturing software tools
• Prepare product for delivery to customers

Bonus Points

• Interest in the sport of rowing – or other high-performance athletics
• Prior experience in small-batch assembly or similar light manufacturing
