We’re looking for a Customer Operations Manager to grow our day-to-day client facing operations and build scalable systems (websites, assets, procedures, etc…) to improve customer experience. Your mission is to impress our customers every time they interact with XBoat.
This is an in-person role at our Boston Headquarters and requires the ability to travel up to 25% of the time.

What You’ll Do
This role will be responsible for managing and improving the end-to-end customer lifecycle. Here are some of the important functions that you’ll be scaling this year:
- Post-sales support & success: develop systems to manage customer support and drive product engagement.
- Fulfillment & onboarding: create seamless onboarding experiences by developing processes and project managing deliveries.
- Revenue operations: efficiently collect payment from new and existing customers with a focus on customer experience.
- Sales, marketing, e-commerce: create assets, triage inquiries, coordinate events, and streamline the purchasing process.
- Continuous improvement: collaborate with the team to identify unmet customer needs and productize customer operations.
Qualifications
- Rowing or coaching background at the collegiate level or higher.
- 3+ years in a customer‑facing operations role (success/support, revenue ops, fulfillment, program management, etc…) or equivalent experience.
