We’re looking for a Customer Operations Manager to grow our day-to-day client facing operations and build scalable systems (websites, assets, procedures, etc…) to improve customer experience. Your mission is to impress our customers every time they interact with XBoat.

This is an in-person role at our Boston Headquarters and requires the ability to travel up to 25% of the time.
