We’re looking for a Full-Stack Engineer to lead the end-to-end lifecycle of customer-facing product development, ensuring our hardware integrates seamlessly with applications, analytics, and user experience. You’ll combine code, data, and product thinking to build and improve XBoat’s technology.

What You’ll Do

• Design & Development: build full-stack features across frontend, backend, APIs, and embedded systems.
• Testing & Validation: ensure quality, reliability, and performance across systems, informed by data.
• Launch & Support: release features to customers, provide technical support, and monitor product usage.
• Data & Analytics: design and maintain data pipelines that power customer-facing features and internal tools.
• Continuous Improvement: analyze customer experience and drive product enhancements across the stack.

Qualifications

• Strong foundational understanding of Physics, Math, Data and Computer Science
• Ability to use software development best-practices in combination with AI tools to develop scalable products without making a mess
• Aptitude for product thinking with an instinct for customer experience and design
• Strong communication and project management skills
