What We’re Looking For

A detail-oriented Production Engineer Co-Op to work closely with our Operations and Engineering teams to configure and prepare product for customer delivery while maintaining the highest quality standards.

In this role, you will be a key member of our growing team, responsible for providing Olympic quality equipment to the world’s best athletes and coaches.

What You’ll Do

Configure software on rowing monitors
Assemble and test precision hardware components
Calibrate, label, and test rowing sensors
Track progress using manufacturing software tools
Prepare product for delivery to customers
Spearhead to a co-op project aligned with your interests and our team’s needs
